PEACH CRISP | |
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained 1 c. biscuit mix 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 c. butter, softened Arrange peach slices in an ungreased 8 inch square pan. Set aside. Combine 3 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cut butter into mixture with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Yields 6 to 8 servings. |
