STROGANOFF PORK CHOPS 
1/3 c. flour
6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. Durkee seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Durkee paprika
1 pkg. Durkee brown gravy mix
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine flour, seasoned salt, and paprika. Coat pork chops. Brown chops in lightly greased skillet; drain. Combine gravy mix and water as called for on package. Pour over chops. Add onions. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Then uncover and 15 minutes longer.

Remove pork chops to serving platter. Add mushrooms and sour cream to gravy. Combine thoroughly. Heat through. Pour over chops. Makes 6 servings.
