COCONUT CHUTNEY 
1/2 fresh coconut, grated
4 fresh green chilies, seeded
2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint or coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. tamarind paste or lemon juice
1 tbsp. roasted split peas
Dash of water
1 c. yogurt

Combine the first 7 ingredients and grind in a blender with a dash of water and yogurt.
