FRESH FRUIT TRIFLE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. light rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 frozen pound cake cut in half lengthwise from top to bottom. Cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices.
1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice or light rum
1 pt. strawberries sliced thin (2 1/2 cups)
3 Kiwi fruit sliced thin
1 can drained mandarin
Oranges
1 c. heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp. sugar
Nutmeg

Prepare pudding according to package directions using the 2 cups milk. Stir in 2 tbsp. rum and nutmeg. Lay pound cake slices on a flat surface brush 1 side with 1/4 cup rum. To assemble: arrange about 1/4 cake slices over bottom of bowl. Top with 1/4 fruit pushing some to sides. 1/2 cup pudding over (repeat) let set overnight before serving. Beat cream and sugar, spread over top, sprinkle with nutmeg just before serving.
