GARLIC CROUTONS | |
1 c. half inch cubes Italian bread 1 clove garlic, crushed with blade of knife 3 tbsp. butter Place cubes on baking sheet in 250 degree oven 15-20 minutes or until very dry and lightly toasted. In medium skillet over low heat saute garlic in butter until golden; discard garlic. Add bread; stir gently until butter is absorbed; cool. Makes 1 cup. |
