GERMAN CHOCOLATE ICING 
4 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. milk
1/3 stick butter
1/2 bar German chocolate

Mix all ingredients except coconut and pecans; cook until thick. Add coconut and pecans. Cool then ice cake. If icing is too thin just refrigerate until it thickens up. This makes enough to ice a three layer German chocolate cake.
