FRUIT PIZZA 
BOTTOM CRUST:

3/4 c. butter, soft
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. almond

Mix together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Spread 1/4" deep in pizza pan. Cook 6 to 8 minutes at 400 degrees; cool. (Sometimes I use a large cookie sheet.)

Mix cream cheese, sugar and flavoring. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Decorate with fresh fruit (peaches, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, etc.). Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
