BREAKFAST EGGS 
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cubed bread
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Cover bottom of baking dish with slices of bread with crust cut off. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt in blender. Place bread in pan, put layer of cheese and layer of bread cubes, then pour in milk mixture.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. This can be prepared the night before and placed in refrigerator until ready to cook.
