BREAKFAST - BACON AND EGG
SOUFFLE
 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry or liquid mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Bacon, fried & broken in pieces
2 c. croutons
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Pepper

Butter a 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder, and pepper together; pour into pan. Mix croutons and cheese and pour over egg mixture. Top with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 55 minutes. I make this the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning.
