CORN BREAD BRUNCH RING | |
Butter a ring mold. Line it with 1 layer of raw bacon (2 pounds). Fill it with corn bread batter. Bake as directed + 5 minutes on package. Fill center with scrambled eggs. Garnish and serve. If the bacon is not done satisfactorily, broil briefly. 2 Jiffy mixes fill my 6 1/2 cup ring mold. |
