PEACH COBBLER 
1 (#2 1/2) can sliced peaches (3 1/2 c.)
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 tsp. each vanilla, almond flavoring (optional)
1 egg

Put butter in 2-quart casserole dish and place in oven until melted. Mix flour and sugar; add milk, vanilla, egg and almond (if used). Stir well. Pour into casserole dish (with butter). Add sliced peaches. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. Serve while still warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
