2 Cornish hens
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 stick butter
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms

Combine hens and ingredients with 1/2 cup water in a tall glass baking dish and cover. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Uncover for the last 10 minutes or so.
