STEAK MARINADE | |
1 c. dry white wine 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 pkg. meat marinade 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Combine all ingredients. Place steak of choice in large, shallow dish and pour marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning steak occasionally. Remove steak from marinade and grill until desired doneness, basting frequently with marinade. Thinly slice steak; heat remaining marinade and pour over steak. |
