EVERYTHING SAUCE 
1/2 lb. finely diced kielbasa type sausage
1 c. finely chopped scallions
1 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 medium tomatoes, diced

In a large frying pan, lightly sauté all ingredients over medium heat. When mixture begins to brown, remove from heat and drain off fat.

Serve with broiled fish, chicken, beef, veal, pork, pasta, rice, mashed potatoes or add to an omelet.
