SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
garlic cloves
olive oil
2 large cans tomatoes
Italian seasoning
2 pkg. Italian sausage (1 hot, 1 mild)
6 large cans Contadina tomato paste
oregano
7 c. water

Put 2 tablespoons olive oil in pot. Add about 4 cloves garlic and sausage. Brown meat. Add other ingredients and water. Stir to even boil. Turn down on low. Simmer 4 hours. Stir about every 15 minutes (with a bubble every now and then).
