GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar

Grease and flour lightly a 9x13 inch pan. Prepare cake mix as instructed on box. Spread half of cake mix batter in pan. Whip cream cheese, eggs, and sugar together. Spread over layer of cake batter. Add the 1/2 reserved cake batter on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Cool the cake completely.

FROSTING:

1 c. Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Punch a few holes in cake and spread with cool frosting.
