RICE PUDDING 
2-3 c. white rice, cooked
1/2 can pineapple, diced
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 pkg. custard pudding
Nonfat milk
Cinnamon

Prepare custard pudding according to directions using nonfat milk. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
