PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs, sugar, Crisco oil, pumpkin. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine and mix ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees in tube pan. 1/2 for dozen cupcakes - 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Combine cream cheese, butter, 10x sugar and vanilla. Spread over cake or cupcakes.
