CLAM BISQUE 
7 1/2 oz. can minced clams
1 c. water
1-2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. finely minced parsley
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. flour

Mix together liquid drained from the clams, water, salt, pepper, onion, and parsley. Simmer 3 minutes. Add milk, butter, and flour; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add minced clams.
