BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
18 1/2 oz. cornbread muffin mix
2 eggs
4 oz. sour cream

Saute broccoli and onion in butter. Combine muffin mix with other ingredients. Fold in sauteed mixture. Bake in a greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
