STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. (4 oz.) uncooked med. width egg noodles
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine beef, onion, garlic in 2-quart microwave-proof casserole dish. Set oven on HIGH for 3 minutes; stir. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes; stir in noodles, mushrooms, broth and pepper. Cover and cook MEDIUM 11 minutes; stir. Cover; cook MEDIUM 11 minutes again. Let stand 2 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
