NOODLE STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. burgundy wine
1 can consomme soup
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. egg noodles
Parsley

Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter. Add beef until brown. Stir in lemon juice, wine, and consomme. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes.

Add uncooked noodles. Cover and cook until noodles are tender. Mix in sour cream. Heat, but do not boil. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
