RICE (ORANGE) 
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 c. long grain rice
Freshly grated orange peel
Parsley, chopped

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring water, orange juice, butter and salt to a boil. Stir in rice and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, using a fork, stir in orange peel and parsley. Serve hot. 2 servings.
