SURPRISE SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) container sm. curd cottage cheese 1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange or raspberry Jello 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 c. miniature marshmallows (optional) Add dry Jello to cottage cheese and mix well. Fold in whipped topping and crushed pineapple. May add 1 cup miniature marshmallows, if desired. Chill at least 1 hour or more. |
