2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. milk (sweet)
2 eggs, beaten lightly
Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in order given. Dip in the fish. Makes enough batter for approximately 5 pounds fish.
