CRAWFISH CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. crawfish tails
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped

1. Mix ingredients except crawfish. Blend until moist.

2. Add crawfish and stir well. Pour into greased (9x13 inch) baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown. Serves 6.
