FRY PAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can spaghetti sauce mix
3 c. wide noodles
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. can tomatoes
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Fry beef and seasoning; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Put 1/2 in bottom of fry pan. Then layer uncooked noodles. Spoon cottage cheese on top of noodles. Spread on rest of sauce mix. Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce and 1 cup water and pour over top. Bring to boil and simmer 35 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese, cover and let set for 5 minutes. Serve.
