LASAGNA IN PAN 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
Lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
2 eggs
3/4 of lg. carton cottage cheese
Dry lasagna noodles
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. tomato juice

Brown ground beef. Add large jar Prego spaghetti sauce. In separate bowl mix 2 beaten eggs. Add 3/4 of large carton cottage cheese (small curd). Mix well and set aside.

Pour 1/2 cup water in bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Layer the following 3 times: dry lasagna noodles, meat sauce and egg and cottage cheese mixture. Add 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top of that. Pour 1 1/2 cups tomato juice down sides of pan. Cover with foil. (I prefer to make this ahead of time and let set until ready to bake.)

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Let set before slicing.
