FUDGE SAUCE TOPPING 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Blend in water. Stir to dissolve cocoa, add milk, and bring to boiling. Boil gently until thick, approximately 3-4 minutes. Stir often, remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, cover and chill. Serve on ice cream.
