CREAM CHEESE BISCUITS 
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted

Allow cream cheese and butter to soften in bowl, then cream together. Add flour. Roll onto well floured surface. Cut into 1 inch biscuits. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; cook until lightly tanned and slightly puffy. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Yields 24-30 biscuits.
