BROCCOLI PUFF 
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 F. Butter 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain; set aside. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
