BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/3 c. fine dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. shredded raw carrot
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce

Place all ingredients except BBQ sauce in medium size bowl and mix well. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape into balls. Place balls in well greased muffin pans and bake in preheated very hot oven, 450 degrees, for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon 1 teaspoon barbeque sauce on each meatballs. Return to oven and bake until done, 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
