MEATBALLS AND BBQ SAUCE 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients (will be soft) and shape into small balls. Place meatballs on wax paper lined cookie sheet and freeze. Then store in freezer bags until ready to cook. Makes 80 meatballs.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 t tsp. liquid smoke (to taste)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place frozen meatballs in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour on sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
