MEATBALLS IN BARBECUE SAUCE 
3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs
13 oz. milnot
2 c. quick oats
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder

SAUCE:

4 c. ketchup
2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. minced onion

Beat eggs well, add other ingredients. Mix with ground beef. Make into walnut sized balls. Place in large pan, forming only 1 layer.

Mix sauce mixture and cover balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If grease forms on top, spoon off before serving. This makes about 100 balls.
