BARBECUED MEATBALLS WITH SAUCE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
28 oz. catsup
1 c. water
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

For sauce saute onion and garlic in butter. Add vinegar, sugar, seasonings, catsup and water. Cook over low heat while preparing meatballs.

To make meatballs, combine ground beef, oats, salt, pepper, onion, egg and milk. Shape into meatballs. Brown and drain. Pour sauce over meatballs, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
