COCOA SAUCE 
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3/4 c. skimmed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
10 or more pkg. sugar substitute

Add 1 tablespoon flour to the above ingredients. Add water. Bring to a slow boil while stirring. Cook until coats the spoon. Add vanilla. Refrigerate. (Keeps for 2-3 weeks.) Only 45 calories to a serving. Good for diabetics.
