FRESH BROCCOLI AND SAUCE 
1 or 2 bunches fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream, Sour Cream Substitutes Do Not Work!
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. Hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. pecan halves

Cut most of stem off broccoli. Steam until tender crisp. Melt butter in saucepan, add onion and brown lightly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients except pecans. For a nice presentation arrange broccoli on top of sauce and top with pecans.
