PEAR PIE 
2 c. chopped pears
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pastry shell

Combine pears, sugar, egg, cream, flour, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Pour into unbaked pastry and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

CRUMB MIXTURE:

2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

Combine flour, sugar and butter. After pie has baked 15 minutes, put crumb mixture on top of pie. Continue baking until pie has browned on top, about 30 minutes.
