PEAR PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cream (milk can be used)
3 to 4 pears

Blend sugar, flour, cold butter and cinnamon with pastry blender. Sprinkle 3/4ths of mixture onto bottom of pie shell. Set in fruit that has been cut in 1/8ths. Pour over cream. Sprinkle remaining flour mixture over fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
