MARINATED CARROTS II 
VEGETABLE MIXTURE:

2 lb. carrots, cooked & drained
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

MARINATING MIXTURE:

1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard

Pour marinating mixture over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
