DEBRA'S HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. half and half 2 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped 1 tbsp. pimento, chopped Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and half and half; mix well. Stir in green peppers, pimento and artichokes. Pour into small dish and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve hot with crackers or corn chips. Yields: 3 cups |
