GRITS AND CHEESE | |
3/4 c. instant grits 3 c. boiling water 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 3/4 tsp. salt 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 stick butter 1 tbsp. sugar Add grits to boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients to grits. Stir until everything is melted. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
