PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 lg. can pumpkin
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Spread 1 package yellow cake mix (dry) over top, then 1 cup chopped nuts. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. (If you use pumpkin pie mix, don't use spices.)
