TURKEY STROGANOFF 
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. turkey breast, sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
1/3 pt. Bovril Chicken Stock
Black pepper
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
3 tbsp. thick set natural yogurt

Heat oil in a large fry pan and cook turkey for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add most of the onion (reserve a little for garnish), the mushrooms and garlic. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in chicken stock and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer about 8 minutes.
