TURKEY STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 generous tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked noodles
1 c. or more of turkey, chicken or tuna

Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Blend soup and sour cream in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
