CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground chicken (or turkey)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. ground thyme
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
16 oz. unflavored yogurt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Brown ground chicken in a large skillet. Add 3 cups water and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, thyme and bouillon cubes. After bouillon cubes have dissolved, mix thoroughly and simmer for 20 minutes.

Prepare noodles per directions on package. Drain.

In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and yogurt. Add to chicken mixture and cook until it thickens.

In a serving bowl mix noodles and chicken mixture together.

Serves 8.
