SHRIMP-SMOKED SAUSAGE 
1 sm. stalk celery
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
Bay leaf
10 oz. frozen boiled shrimp
1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes and okra
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
Dash Tabasco sauce
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute sliced green pepper, celery and onion. Add sliced smoked sausage, minced garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf, tomatoes and okra sauce. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Add shrimp and dash of Tabasco. Remove bay leaf. Serve with rice.
