TACO PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sliced olives
2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco mix
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
8 oz. sour cream
Shredded lettuce, avocado slices, optional

In large skillet brown beef, drain, stir in seasoning mix, water, olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile separate dough. Place in ungreased pie plate, press in to form crust. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips over crust. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over meat, cover with cheese. Sprinkle with remaining corn chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with lettuce and avocados if desired.
