STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
Garlic
Frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Large mushrooms (8 oz.)
Butter, melted
Salt
Pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Remove stems from caps of mushrooms and wash. Set aside. Mix garlic, spinach, butter, salt, pepper and mozzarella cheese. Stuff into mushroom caps. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan cheese. Bake or broil until well heated.
