ITALIAN MACARONI SALAD 
2 1/2 c. tiny shell macaroni
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni. While macaroni is hot, toss with dressing; let stand 30 minutes. Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, celery, pepper, egg, milk, onion, and salt. Chill overnight. Serves 12.
